The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"We interviewed several waterproofing companies for installing a French Drain. We are in NE Philly where the water table is so bad. We get water in our basement with nearly every major rainstorm. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Ryan came out and did an inspection and showed us what our basement needed and what Dry Tech's installation would do. He answered a lot of questions and did great follow up with us, without being pushy on hiring his company. After meeting with other contractors, we gave them the job. The workers were thorough, courteous and professional. They took all the steps needed to cover and protect our things that were in the basement and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job took 2 days. While I can't YET state how great the drain works, I'm actually looking forward to the next big rainstorm"

"I highly recommend this company!! We efficient, professional, and reliable. They called me prior to my appointment and the morning of to confirm. They knew exactly what they were doing. They had to cut into my shower tiles for the rainfall shower installation which was done to perfection. They also took out all of my things from under the kitchen sink prior to the water facet and soap dispenser installation and put everything back neatly, and even filled my newly installed soak dispenser. The pricing was great too!! They charged me exactly what was told to me prior to the job."

"These guys were unbelievable (in a good way)! The property with the leak was a lower floor condominum, but they immediately determined the leak was coming from the unit above. They knocked on the above neighbor's door, asked for permission to investigate, and pointed out not 1, but 2 leaks that were causing damage to the unit below. I would never have expected that (and it was so helpful since I had no idea how to approach the situation)! I was charged for an evaluation only, for which I was glad to pay since they really went above and beyond in dealing with the neighbor as well. I do plan to use them again, and again in the future. I now can say that I have "a guy" for my plumbing needs.
