Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate.

I talked to the scheduler to book an appointment to assess the job and get an estimate. He gave me a 10 to 12 window. I am having the house built and I stressed the importance of sticking to the window as my realtor had to be present to access the house. I called the office when it was 11:00 and the person said he would be there at 3. Very disappointed and will not use them in the future

Unprofessional and nasty employees. Would never use this company or recommend at all. I’m switching to a different plumbing company to handle my back flow testing. They never sent me an invoice, the woman handling their billing confirmed that they didn’t have my correct email address on file, I have no clue what they had I’ve never even had a conversation didn’t this company my previous plumber transferred my account to them. I called back to make the payment and told the woman do not talk to my employees like that and she got even nastier with me. What a joke

Called before arriving, arrived on time, thoroughly inspected our problem, was extremely professional, caring about our problem, and explain what he had to do to repair it. We felt as ease, and felt that we could trust his diagnosis of the problem and the repair made. Great tech highly recommended.

This company is fantastic!!! We had a natural gas leak in 7 of our connections on the outside of our buildings. When NJNG left, 1 phone call brought Tony and Jay to our building. They diagnosed the problem, corrected all, and did a full reset on all of our appliances! They were very knowable, professional, and personable!! Price was fair for the work done! Mike and Pat were amazing! My tub diverter was broken and they replaced the faucet...after offering me 3 different ways to remedy the problem. They also cleared a clog in the tub drain so the water doesn't pool. They were personable, professional and knowledgeable (Mike has worked for GaronT for 18 years). I was THRILLED to take a shower this morning! Thanks guys!!!!

Had a leak in my waste line where new pvc tied into the old copper pipe. Garon T came out diagnosed the problem, told me how it could be repaired, gave me an extremely reasonable quote and repaired it

This company is the absolute worst with regard to customer service. I have had them as contractors for a very large job since late september. Now in December waiting for our final inspection i am only finding out they never even paid for the permit to do the work and my township will not inspect until it is paid. This was part of my quote and paid for already. Unfortunately, my business relocation is no delayed until after the holidays which is an absolute shame during our busiest time of year. Pam who I have been in contact with regarding these issues is the WORST. No, follow through at all. Yes, GaronT I hope you read this. You are terrible and have ruined a small business in Monmouth County.

They guys kept me updated via text and arrived right on time. They originally came to help with the gas pipe for my dryer, but asked if I had anything else plumbing related that I had concerns about. I showed them my issue with the expansion tank for my water heater and saw that it was installed incorrectly. I asked them if they could address that issue as well and they said no problem. They were very nice and easy to work with and explained everything they were doing so that I understood what was happening. When they completed the work everything looked great! Would recommend to everyone.

Great. Arrived when stated, completed job without obstacles or delays. Cleaned area they worked in. Explained manufacturer warranty that came with faucet.

It went well. The job was performed thoroughly. I have great confidence in Mike D. From what I observed, he and the young man who accompanied him to help, work well together. They explained what they were doing. They noticed a slow leak in a valve on the hot water tank which they replaced. I have a service contract with them for both appliances.

Came on time and friendly worker. Worked quickly. Gave good advice and had sound plumbing knowledge. $390 for simple project that took twenty minutes just too pricey and the friendly serviceman even gave me a discount off the corporate rate. Just be careful about paying too much.

Mike was so responsive, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, willing and accommodating. And EVERY one of those working with him displayed the same courtesy and enthusiasm as Mike did. Great experience; I have already requested a quote on other work…!
