Bathroom Remodel
I had a repair project to correct bathroom installation from a previous carpenter’s non-code complaint work. Appoic corrected everything and repaired or replaced all the finishes to exact original specifications. They protected all existing finishes, and cleaned up and disposed of debris every shift.
This is a movie theater location and it had to be open each day. Appoic worked nightly and had everything open for the next business day.
Frank Cioppa, the president, was always available or returned my calls. He’s hands on but also efficiently delegated to his foreman and crews.

We highly recommend Appoic Contracting and Development for all your contracting needs. We had a roof leak that caused damage on all levels of our home. Frank was so easy to work with and helped get the problem mitigated and all the damages repaired very quickly and efficiently, all while it being two weeks away from Christmas. He was available to us whenever needed and he answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. We are so thankful we were able to work with this company and have our house restored in a timely manner for our family to live comfortably and safely again.

"Shalom, the construction industry is very expensive. Typically, we collect a minimal deposit for all of our projects however that was not the case on yours. We did not collect a deposit and only requested payments to be made according to the project payment schedule. Specifically in your case, clients will be more involved when furnishing all finish materials. Please note, it becomes very consuming for a customer to be running back and forth to the store for materials while we try and keep man power on site and productive. We hope you enjoy your new bathroom for many years to come.."

The project is not done yet…still working on the deck and some more of the deck than we thought. The bathroom and MBR took a little longer than I thought it would take but I am very happy with the way it came out. Will have to upload pictures at a later date as we are not at that location right now..

I hired a poet contracting to install luxury vinyl flooring, and tile two bathrooms that were completely renovated. They were very professional, clean, and the work performance was excellent. The Final floor installation was very well done, and both bathrooms came out exactly as I had envisioned them. I was definitely recommend a poet for any renovation project.

My husband and I hired ACD to do our main upstairs bathroom. To start, they were pleasant on the phone, sent someone out the next day for an estimate, was honest about the cost and the real work that needed to be done. They helped us establish a reasonable budget that for our specific needs which was most important to us. They came in did plumbing for a new toilet, new sink, vanity, flooring, shower, beautiful molding and paint. Their team was considerate of our time and finances. Would recommend 10/10. Great job ACD.

They only show up when it comes to money pick up dates, they scam you out of more money than the project is worth. Poor quality communication. One of the guys said that something can be done and then the next guy comes behind and says - Oh we cannot do that, then they tell you that the hold up is for getting permits from the town but then the next guy tells you that the permits are ready, and then the next guy comes in and tells you that they are not. They gave us a bait-and-switch on the countertops, they said I can choose any countertop for the kitchen and when I picked up the ones I wanted they said it was not possible and there were only two available at our level but if I gave them more money they would get me better ones. They did not realize the water service was old the first three months of the project, so they told me I needed a new main line all the way to the street and wanted to charge $4500 extra for that but we dug it ourselves so they only charged an additional $2000. They bait, they switch, they don't give you what you asked for We wanted a soundproof ceiling in our basement because we are putting a home theater down there but they only sprayed traditional spray foam and left it exposed.

Turning an entire basement into a new occupiable space will naturally have some setbacks and turns along the way especially adding completely new services and finishes for a full kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. The water service needed to be upgraded as the type of material that was coming into your home was toxic. The dig and back fill were removed from scope, and we had our plumber work directly with you to mitigate costs. Our licensed plumber advised us of this issue upon site review and we provided the feedb"

We needed help after water went into basement ceiling. I needed someone to rip out existing Sheetrock ceiling, reframe, paint and replace everything. Frank returned all calls and texts timely (day and night). He assigned an excellent project manager (James) who handled all details. Basement looks exactly like it did before the water issue.

My renovated bathroom is amazing! Iâ  m so happy with it. And delighted with my choice to work with Appoic. The price was totally reasonable! Lowest bid of the submissions I asked for. And I got the job they promised! And I was easily able to work within the material allowances they set! The workmanship was very good. I found them to be skilled professionals. It took a little longer than they originally thought, but the end result was worth the extra week! I would DEFINITELY use them again!!!

I canâ t say enough nice things about Frank and his team. From the first day that I met them after having 8 other contractors come through, I knew this was the team for me. What really set them apart was bringing the entire design team and being able to not only put together a thorough written assessment but also providing me with a 3-D virtual plan. I was very impressed with all of them as they were very professional, friendly, and honest with assessment, absolute pleasure to work with. I was lucky enough to get Arielle as my design specialist she is absolutely amazing and so talented. She was very communicative in terms of dates and what needed to get done. She was on site everyday and even helped with some of the labor, she is amazing! All of the people they used were professional, on time, and quality of work was top notch. This being my first major Reno for master bath I truly did not know what to expect. Frank truly runs his business as a well oiled machine, they do not miss a beat and approached things with solutions and tons of recommendations on what would look best. Really listened to me and brought my vision to life, but better. Entire team was great! Results exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.
