Lovely company. Very personable. I worked with Tony who was easy to communicate with and readily available for any questions. The owner, Steve, came to my home and looked over the completed worked and helped me with questions about my dehumidifier. Blue Umbrella was able to troubleshoot and tailor the job to fit my specific basement needs. I also feel comfortable that if there is ever an issue - they will continue to support the work they did for me. My job consisted of : 1930's brick basement and dirt crawl space/ french drain, sump pump, encapsulation, dehumidifier, masonry repair, and crawl space door. Asbury Park , NJ.

I am beyond impressed with Blue Umbrella, the company that installed a French drain in my crawl space. They were professional from start to finish, yet charged thousands less than many other companies. They installed top quality products and completed the job in just one day. Each member of the uniformed team was polite, hard-working, and completely respectful of my home. They used plastic sheeting to enclose the job area and then worked together flawlessly and efficiently for the rest of the day. Blue Umbrella is astonishingly good at what they do, and I am so very glad I found this gem of a company for my installation. Blue Umbrella beats the competition by a mile - I highly recommend them!!!

Lemme start with saying I am very big on customer service and it is super important to me. And Blue Umbrella was A++ from the very beginning.Initially I called Blue Umbrella and spoke to Steve (the owner) who immediately got Tony (the salesman) on a three way call and we discussed what I was looking to do. A few days later I called and confirmed I will use there services. The guys showed up around 8:30am and were all very professional. They set up and placed plastic tarp over everything. Started at 8:30am and were done before 4pm and cleaned everything up. Overall I am not only impressed with the French drain and sump and back up pump and battery but with the service. Blue Umbrella was truly A++.

The team at Blue Umbrella was fantastic from start to finish. We all worry about our homes and who we choose to do work, especially when it comes to big projects like these. Tony, Steve and the entire team were fantastic. It started with Tony, coming to my house and giving me all the information I needed to understand what was happening and how to fix it. I got busy, and they did a great job following up. Not being pushy at all, just checking in. When I finally had time to schedule the work, they were able to accommodate my schedule. On the day of the project, they arrived on time, were neat, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The process was quick and easy and I feel confident that this will solve my water problems. Don't waste your time getting 3-4 quotes... These folks are great and are worth every penny.

From start to finish the experience with Blue Umbrella was amazing. Marvin came out exactly as scheduled and not only worked through a solution with me but also gave a really informative presentation. From there he was available for any and all questions. His team came out a few weeks later and did an amazing job. They were prompt and our french drain was put in in under a day! To top it off he brought cookies the day of, customer service unmatched! I also love that the system is insured not just for when we own the home but beyond, gives really good peace of mind.

Blue Umbrella installed French drains in my house. I was getting water in my basement every time there was a heavy rain. Since their work was completed I havenâ  t had any issues. The customer service is top notch and they are overall a great company to work with!

Steve and his team came in clutch after my basement flooded. They provided me high quality service at a fair price. My basement french drain and sump pump installation has helped keep my basement dry and I couldnt be more thankful.

The entire Blue Umbrella team (Steve, Tony, etc.) were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. From the initial inspection to job completion, they kept me informed the entire way. Tony explained what my issues were, what products were going to be used, why they are using them and answered all of my questions. Tony then showed up on the day of install, walked through the scope with the foreman and the job was completed flawlessly. Steve showed up to inspect the end and a few days later, showed his gratitude with a tray of cookies. The small things go a long way, and am grateful I chose Blue Umbrella.

I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. Steve the Owner, Tony & Crew @ Blue Umbrella Waterproofing did a fantastic job from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. Steve was always attentive and responsive to my requests and questions and truly cares that his customers are receiving the best quality at the best value! I received 4 other quotes and Blue Umbrella provided the best price with the superior quality materials and components. He will take his time during the initial in-person consultation and clearly explain the whole process with designs and videos without any high-pressure snake oil sales-tactics. I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later. If you want an honest, reliable, competent, highly valued company using the best quality materials that goes above & beyond your expectations don't waste your time scoping out their competitors as Blue Umbrella is unmatched. OUTSTANDING! This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement. We've had three other basement waterproofing companies come to her house and no one noticed it except for blue umbrella waterproofing. The owner even took the time to call me to ask how the inspection went. This is the only company I would use in the future.

So happy with the service of Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. Had an appointment for an estimate and Tony, the sales manager, texted the day before to confirm and he showed up right on time. He took his time to look at the inside and outside of the of where we had water issues. He went through the entire waterproofing process with my husband, showed him exactly what would be done, how it would be done and detailed everything. The proposal was very professional and contained not only the detailed proposal but helpful brochures on the sump pit; motor and their price assurance guarantee. The crew showed up on the date scheduled and they were great. They started at 9:00 and finished by 3:00 and left the inside and the outside of the house super clean. . . they were amazing. We called 3 companies to come out to provide an estimate so I saved all of you reading this review time. . . don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Steve, Tony and the crew did a fantastic job and the cost was extremely competitive.
