Furthermore, when you inform their colleagues (Reggie) that they made a mistake and must finish the task, they don't respond timely. Their front desk are quick to pester you for money even though the job is not fully complete. When it comes to fixing what they initially got the job for, they don't show up and give you the runaround, saying they will fix it. Its been months, since my inquiry and its still not fixed. Very dishonest and poor customer service."

We are a full service roofing company. Our focus is in residential and commercial roofing, We work with many manufacturers for all types of roofing from metal to asphalt shingles to all types of low slope roofing membranes. Additional phone - (508) 299-7663.
"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."

They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
