"Pine needles had built up so much over my gutter guards that water from the roof was running over the guards leaving black stains on my white gutters. I requested a quote from NAEC of $250 to clean the gutters. However when they arrived they advised me to power wash and clear the pine straw they would have to charge an additional $200. I agreed to have that done as it seemed reasonable considering the amount of effort necessary. They did a fantastic job and my gutters are sparkling white and clear of all pine straw and other residue. Rain water runs through perfectly now and the house looks great. Though they didn’t bother to clean up much of the pine straw they threw on the ground I still like the results of the work on the gutters so much I will be asking them back in the Fall. They even discounted the charge by $50 due to the earlier mis-quote. Overall $350 for clean and white gutters well worth it."

"We had a tree growing out of the left corner of our second story gutter. Caio Lanes from Lanes Gutters called and we set up a day and time. He arrived a little after our appointed time but he'd called to say he was going to arrive later. He went right up the ladder and took pictures of the gutter and tree. The 12" to 15" tree was growing in a large amount of damp soil like debris that was clogging the gutter. Clearly we needed to have the entire gutter cleaned. Caio took off the leaf filters, removed the debris, reinstalled the leaf filters and worked his way across the 36 feet length of the front gutter. He worked quickly, had a nice personality and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of his entire approach. We're going to have him back to clean more sections of our gutters."
