I requested a quote by email, clearly specifying it was for 2 cracks and sending 4 pictures (2 from the inside, 2 outside) as requested. One crack was twice as long as the other one, very different and salt leftover from water infiltration. I received a quote for $500 which detailed the total cost, without any mention of additional costs. After the technician performed the work in less than 30 minutes, trouble started: he told me he was directed to work on just one, not two foundation cracks. I received a call from the same woman that set everything and she first stated I only request a quote for a crack: I went back to the email and it clearly stated "quote for 2 cracks", she claimed she got confused by the pictures and thought I sent the same crack from different angles. Honestly, they are in the crack business, I don't know how one could get confused by this. She insisted that, despite her making a mistake, I'd need to pay more. I got a call from the owner which argued with me about paying $350 more, that the quotes I got from other companies were also about a single crack, that their quote has different pricing per crack (I verified, it did not, there was just a single price). After I mentioned this seemed to me a bait and switch technique, he argued some more but in the end agreed to accept the quoted price.

Jeremy was responsive to the request for a quote, provided a competitive price, showed up on time, and the foundation crack seems to have been repaired very well.

Initial work seemed to go fine, but after 3 months we noticed some water leaks. it has been another 3 months of being ignored, getting run around, lies and a missed scheduled appointment with no notification (waited home all day for them). Now just being ignored or getting excuses as to why they have not come back to remedy the issue.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable. Helped me properly diagnose whether issue with foundation was structural or not and patch 2 very large cracks along my family room foundation. Their work was excellent and they smoothed over foundation so you can’t even tell there ever were cracks. They also came by the next day to patch up a crack in the cement block adjacent to the foundation which I never requested be done. I’d definitely use them again!

Done Right's solution and workmanship is fantastic. I had hired Jeremy several years ago to seal a crack in the foundation wall that leaked during rain storms. His multi-step epoxy system really did the job. In the years that followed, I never saw a hint of moisture anywhere near that crack no matter how much it rained. Recently, as we prepared to finish our basement, I hired Jeremy again to seal some small floor cracks where moisture occasionally seeped in. He went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't see water again, even extending past the area that we'd agreed to. I'm happy to say that 6 months later, despite the heavy rain we've had this year, I've seen no moisture at all. It truly is a unique solution, and I recommend it to anyone with similar issues.

I was referred to Jeremy by a co-worker.  We have always had water problems in our basement and have had several sump-pumps through the years.  We decided to correct the problem and also got quotes from other companies that install French drains.  We recently had a sewer issue where one of the pipes shifted.  Three quarters of our basement was finished with walls, carpeting and paneling so this all added to our problem.   Jeremy returned my call promptly and estimated the cost to gut the entire basement and waterproof it.  We decided to go with Done Right Services because we thought the product would be better for us in the long run and we felt Jeremy was very knowledgeable on this subject.  We didn't want to deal with this again and it is guaranteed; the warrantee is also transferable if we sell the house.

Jeremy and his crew worked very hard removing everything in the finished basement; once they started to apply the product, they were finished in 4 days.  Jeremy also has great contacts as we needed a plumber to fix the sewer problem. We are very happy with our waterproof basement and would recommend Jeremy and Done Right Services.

Jeremy came out, provided an estimate, I contracted for the work, gave the deposit, and we set a date.  Jeremy is present with his crew who are very personable and hard workers.  The job was projected to take three days; but it was wrapped up in two, partly due to the hot weather and faster drying time.  I was 100% satisfied with the outcome, and appreciate Jeremy's keeping his business small enough to stay engaged as it ensures the high quality of the work.  Jeremy was easy to deal with, and he tacked on my drainpipe which was helpful and outside the scope of the job!  I would not hesitate to recommend Done Right.  They are busy, so you may need to wait a bit, but if it's not an emergency, I would advise it's worth waiting to hire Jeremy and get the job 'Done Right'!

Jeremy first came to quote on watersealing the fieldstone foundation and poured concrete floor for the basement of our 1923 home on 12/13/2012. We were not ready for the service yet, and called him back 6/3/2014. We had some leakage through the foundation walls and some seepage around the floor. As a result we had an issue with mold and some standing water. I am allergic to mold so this was of particular concern. Other companies offered sump pump installation which wasn't the right solution to this problem. Jeremy and his partner performed the services listed above. A couple of days after completion we had a huge rainstorm and we had some water in the basement. I called him and he came that day. We discovered an area behind a pipe that had been missed by the watersealing. This was repaired. We have since had no water or mold in the basement through a wet summer, lots of snow melt after a rough winter and now a wet spring. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Jeremy and Done Right Services.

Jeremy was extremely prompt in replying to my email inquiry.  I sent him a picture of the issue and he gave us estimate.  He then came out, met with my wife since I was away, and he and his team fixed the issue.  It was great coming home and seeing the crack gone.  It looks great!

First contact: I called Jeremy after a major storm rolled through, which caused lots of flooding for many people. It did take a few days for him to call me back, but the same thing happened with the other companies I called. It did not bother me.
Estimate phase: We communicated by phone and text initially. The first phone call was very detailed, he took the time to understand what was going on, and made recommendations. I texted him photos of the basement, and he provided a ballpark price range. He came out on  Saturday to take measurements and provide a firm quote of $8200. I had a total of three estimates. Jeremy was not the cheapest, but he spent the most time explaining the process, making recommendations (which were consistent with the other providers). While his price differed by $500-$1000 over the other providers, the other providers did not provide a warranty. His professionalism, and time he took to explain the process coupled with the warranty is what sold us.
Scheduling: Scheduling revolved mostly around when my husband and I could get our basement emptied. Not an easy task. Took months. We paid our deposit in November/December, but didn't get the basement emptied until March. Jeremy checked in regularly to see when we would be ready. Once we were ready, he had us on the schedule within a week. *Disclaimer - it was during the slow season (winter). He is typically booked very far in advance. I suggest that if you don't need emergency repair, do the repairs in the off season.
The work: The basement took 4 days. They removed the old sealant, repointed the fieldstone foundation, applied two coats of new sealant, and replaced the sump pump. In the end, we were left with a clean basement with waterproof walls and a heavy duty sump pump. I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and Done Right Services.

On the day of the estimate, Jeremy arrived promptly as scheduled. I was getting a slight stream of water in the garage and that flow increased with this past winter and I wanted the problem corrected.
Previous contractors had suggested a sump pump, regrading or a french drain. What impressed me most about Done Right Services
is that Jeremy immediately spotted the source of the leak and the problem-a crack in the foundation.Jeremy thoroughly explained his findings and why. He then explained what he would do to remedy the problem and what his quote would include.
Done Rights Services is first-rate on foundation repairs. Jeremy identified the problem and recommended the solution to fixing the problem instead of just masking the problem. They were the only company knowledgable enough to do that based on my experience.
I hired them the day of the estimate. They came 2 weeks later and the work was completed in just a few days. The workmanship was

He sealed the crack inside and out with material that I don't think I could have picked up at Home Depot or Lowes. He was on time and quick. There was no mess. We haven't had a problem with water since the repair.

After moving in to our new home, we found a crack in the foundation upon inspection.  It looked like it had once been pasted over with concrete but not properly grinded/filled.  It was beginning to crack again.

Jeremy showed up on-time and was able to diagnose and fix on the spot without a second visit.  He grinded out the poor concrete job and filled it with hydraulic cement.  He then sealed it with a rubber compound and went on his way.

There was little to no effort on my part and Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with.

What they wanted to do was completely unnecessary. We had some water penetration, so we wanted to get an idea of the severity of it and if there was anything absolutely necessary that needed to be done to remedy the moisture problem. They wanted to put sealer on all the walls, which I didn’t need them to tell me. However, they did come out in a timely manner once the deal was scheduled.
