I requested a quote by email, clearly specifying it was for 2 cracks and sending 4 pictures (2 from the inside, 2 outside) as requested. One crack was twice as long as the other one, very different and salt leftover from water infiltration. I received a quote for $500 which detailed the total cost, without any mention of additional costs. After the technician performed the work in less than 30 minutes, trouble started: he told me he was directed to work on just one, not two foundation cracks. I received a call from the same woman that set everything and she first stated I only request a quote for a crack: I went back to the email and it clearly stated "quote for 2 cracks", she claimed she got confused by the pictures and thought I sent the same crack from different angles. Honestly, they are in the crack business, I don't know how one could get confused by this. She insisted that, despite her making a mistake, I'd need to pay more. I got a call from the owner which argued with me about paying $350 more, that the quotes I got from other companies were also about a single crack, that their quote has different pricing per crack (I verified, it did not, there was just a single price). After I mentioned this seemed to me a bait and switch technique, he argued some more but in the end agreed to accept the quoted price.

Initial work seemed to go fine, but after 3 months we noticed some water leaks. it has been another 3 months of being ignored, getting run around, lies and a missed scheduled appointment with no notification (waited home all day for them). Now just being ignored or getting excuses as to why they have not come back to remedy the issue.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable. Helped me properly diagnose whether issue with foundation was structural or not and patch 2 very large cracks along my family room foundation. Their work was excellent and they smoothed over foundation so you can’t even tell there ever were cracks. They also came by the next day to patch up a crack in the cement block adjacent to the foundation which I never requested be done. I’d definitely use them again!

Jeremy was great. He showed up exactly on time and gave me sound professional advice even though it was for work that he doesn’t do(sump pumps). He explained to me his view of the issue and ways to fix it at minimal cost to me. I definitely appreciated having professional advice from someone with no financial stake in the matter.

Done Right's solution and workmanship is fantastic. I had hired Jeremy several years ago to seal a crack in the foundation wall that leaked during rain storms. His multi-step epoxy system really did the job. In the years that followed, I never saw a hint of moisture anywhere near that crack no matter how much it rained. Recently, as we prepared to finish our basement, I hired Jeremy again to seal some small floor cracks where moisture occasionally seeped in. He went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't see water again, even extending past the area that we'd agreed to. I'm happy to say that 6 months later, despite the heavy rain we've had this year, I've seen no moisture at all. It truly is a unique solution, and I recommend it to anyone with similar issues.

Jim (I think) was quick to respond over email which I appreciated. He was able to come take a look within a couple of days. He was on time and was courteous and professional. He spent a good amount of unpaid time looking at my house to determine it was not a problem with the foundation at all. I am writing a review because I was impressed that he was willing to be so helpful even though he knew he would not get any business out of it. I will however definitely call him if I do need foundation work in the future. He seems like a nice guy that would be pleasant to work with.

Jeremy is truly fantastic. We recently purchased a house that was originally built in the 1890s, so we've been interacting with a number of top-rated service providers on Angie's List across different specialties. Even among top-rated providers, his customer focus and expertise stands out. After I sent Jeremy our inspection report, he spent about twenty minutes on the phone with me talking through the different concerns. He made cost-saving recommendations (e.g., purchase our own dehumidifier and install it - he gave a brand and model recommendation), made a referral to fix our bulk head, and offered to come out and take a look at the other issues I had raised, including taking a look at one of our three sump pumps that was not working. My husband met Jeremy on site and was really impressed with his knowledge and how willing he was to share his expertise. He walked around our property with my husband, educating him on drainage, and checked out the sump pumps in the basement. Jeremy made observations about what the uncommunicative seller had in place that another top-rated basement provider on Angie's List had missed (and the other person had quoted us $8,000 to install a French drain, when it was not needed). It also turned out that our sump pump was not broken - the electrical outlet was. Jeremy did not charge us for any of this, but we will be sending him a check regardless, because he gave us so much value. If we have any issues with water in our basement, Jeremy will be the person we call.

Jeremy was very prompt and efficient. I texted him a picture of my crack and he was able to give me a quote. When he showed up, he found some cracks that I had overlooked, so I had him repair that as well. He was very professional and prompt.

After moving in to our new home, we found a crack in the foundation upon inspection. It looked like it had once been pasted over with concrete but not properly grinded/filled. It was beginning to crack again. Jeremy showed up on-time and was able to diagnose and fix on the spot without a second visit. He grinded out the poor concrete job and filled it with hydraulic cement. He then sealed it with a rubber compound and went on his way. There was little to no effort on my part and Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with.

What they wanted to do was completely unnecessary. We had some water penetration, so we wanted to get an idea of the severity of it and if there was anything absolutely necessary that needed to be done to remedy the moisture problem. They wanted to put sealer on all the walls, which I didn’t need them to tell me. However, they did come out in a timely manner once the deal was scheduled.

After a recent summer flash flood, we had a significant amount of water come into our newly refinished basement. After speaking with Jeremy he came out the next day to take a look. After he inspected the property, we luckily recommended that it was a combination of gutters needing to be repaired with landscape grade issue rather than the property and gave us recommendations on how to fix it. Jeremy was so professional and I was very grateful that he provided an honest assessment of the problem. We implemented the landscape recommendations he made that afternoon and after a very heavy rain this morning, no leaking! I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who has a water issue. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional.

I contacted them a few times and they never called me back. I waited a while thinking they were overwhelmed. I called them back again and they never called back either time.

They were very friendly and on time. They got the job done exactly the way they said. I highly recommend them. I can't find a fault with what they did.

It went as advertised. I had a coupon. He was very neat polite and punctual. His attitude was good with no up charge.

Jeremy Custeau was great it's just that the total cost of the service was way more than I had expected. I thought I could just have a small area of my foundation repaired, but the whole foundation needed to be done.

The crew showed up on time, did an inspection of the foundation, and reported that the crack I was concerned with was just superficial, and did not need to be fixed. They found, though, that the basement was inadequately waterproofed, with mold growing in the walls. They recommended an appropriate treatment, which we will have done in the near future.
