We never force unwanted sales appointments onto customers, not only is that unproductive for us, but it is a massive invasion of privacy for homeowners, which is why we go through many steps including confirmations calls to you home day of to confirm that time and date we are coming to a scheduled sales appointment. If that call isn’t picked up and confirmed by a homeowner than we wouldn’t show up to the home. However we would like to sincerely apologize if you feel as though we overstayed our welcome in your home, as that is never our intention. Sometimes they take longer than anticipated, but in our 30 years of business, we have found that our customers appreciate the care and thoroughness in the end. It is true that we require all decision makers to be present in the home at the time of the estimate - we respect all homeowners, and we never agree to a project unless all owners and relevant parties are present and on the same page. We also would like to mention that this practice stands regardless of a homeowner’s gender. We understand that this can be inconvenient in some cases, but we find that it is the most effective way for us to begin a project without any miscommunications and mistakes. We want all parties involved to be comfortable and aware of what to expect in the process. Lastly in regards to our pricing, it has never been our goal to offer the cheapest option available - instead our aim is to offer long term value to our customer for their investment in a premium product and service. Additionally, we have always delivered one of the best experiences in the industry. With our pricing model we are also able to offer steep discounts on agreements signed during the initial estimate.
