"I had recently moved into a house with my family and had a few relatively easy fixes however, couldn't find the time to take care of them so I hired Countryside to come out and fix them. He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."

This happened Saturday night and Tony showed up Sunday morning to fix it. He was very professional answering all my questions and keeping me very informed of everything he was doing and looking at. He even found another problem and was able to give me a accurate quote on what it will be so I can look at fixing it before it becomes a bigger problem. "I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm.
