They were here June of 2016.  It cost $150000. 

They're so big they don't really care about what they call small customers, that was what the one guy kept saying was, you know, blah blah, $500000 homes, blah blah, and it's like hello you're insulting me, I mean it was like over $100000 to work and I don't think that's nothing, you know, that was a big investment and for them to kind of put it down was not polite.  That wasn't Tru-Built so much as it was the young guy they had doing the overall contracting.  See they have workers/people in their company come out and do them.  It wasn't the owner himself.  It was due to the owner that I decided I would use them because I liked what his attitude, the young man they sent out was having all kinds of personal problems and his mind was not on the job.  They were here probably 2013, so it's been awhile but I've been at them for the floor heat problem and they just haven't, they just flubbed me off basically and the grout failed, the tile failed.  I don't think it was the grout guys fault, I think it was the fact that Fenton Electric came out and were testing for heat and turned the floor heat on before the grout was cured.  I'm like, shouldn't you know that?  I was so frustrated.  It's a really beautiful room, truly lovely, I had a full basement put underneath it and that's where I'm getting the rain.  The young man, he really worked hard, I mean he did work hard, and I know with these big companies that they have subcontractors and they don't always get them out like they should so I was a long time with my old part of the house just boarded up with plywood like a month and it was not pleasant.  I realize part of that is due to weather and I know they can't help that.  The main complaints were with the Fenton Electric that they subcontracted with and whoever did the measurements, I don't know who was responsible for not measuring my laundry thing right, I mean, I guess I know it was Jared, that he wasn't paying attention to having the kitchen bump out for my big refrigerator.

Still in progress. Contractor is great and his subcontractors also. I'm not into story at the present time as I have too much else to do.
My beef is with Angies List itself. I have made repeated requests for various services and have gotten NOTHING but requests for information on services i have used. So I surely would NOT recommend Angies list to anyone in the Lincoln area.
