We're a division of natural gas and electric utility Black Hills Energy, and we operate in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Called on a Monday - explained that I needed the work completed that week - could not schedule a visit until Thursday - had to order part which I told them would need to happen - technician repeated exactly what I had already done - ordered part which arrived on Friday but could not do install until the next week when I would be gone on vacation.

Different people have come from Service Guard to fix my washer, which is out of balance, and my dryer. When the serviceman worked on my dryer, he put the wires back improperly, so the dryer didn't run properly and I had to have another serviceman come out and fix that, then it it worked fine. None of the servicemen have been able to fix my washing machine. I have a service contract which is paid monthly with my gas bill, so I don't have a cost for when they make a service call.

Called the number and was immediately setup to have someone come and look at my stove. They arrived on time and ordered the parts for my stove. When parts arrived they came back and made the repairs fast and efficiently. Great experience and glad I have Service One.

I just got the bill last Wednesday. They picked it on Monday and brought it on Wednesday and I was able to use it in the meantime. I didn’t have to spend on anything other than the service card, which is a monthly fee and that takes care of the washer, dryer, refrigerator and different appliances. They kept coming back and doing what needed to be done.

The were very courteous. The individual they sent out was very competent and he knew what he was doing. I have no reason to complain, so far as having gas we have had no interruptions of service.

I have a service agreement with them. They came shortly after I called within that day. They were clean and didn't cause any problems. For a household where someone isn't handy around the house an agreement with someone like Service Guard is handy to have.
