"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

They showed up , talked about what we wanted done, measured our floor, picked up the tile that we ordered, we scheduled for a date , they showed up , did an excellent job on our floor, and cleaned up after they were done . |Overall, I was very pleased with the job.  All the Cabinet Clad employees and subcontractors were very polite, courteous, and clean and the quality of their work was uniformly excellent. There interactions with me overall were characterized by professionalism and integrity.  There were a few situations where the communication could have been better, particularly when design plans were changed or the subcontractors' schedules needed to be changed.  However, having said that, I would still highly recommend Cabinet Clad of KC.  Their work was first class and I am thoroughly enjoying my upgraded kitchen, remodeled master bathroom, and redecorated bathroom and bedrooms."
