When our water heater went out Christian was quick to come out to our home and access what needed to be done. We agreed on a price and he replaced it in several hours. Impressed by his professionalism and competence as well as competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

I called CW Plumbing to run the plumbing for a full bathroom in my basement. Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process! They broke up the concrete, ran the plumbing, and poured it back for me. Couldn’t have been a more smooth process working with them. Looking forward to hiring CW Plumbing on the next project. Overall, highly recommend to anyone

HSP Did a great job of turning our 1950's bathroom into a modern and accessible bathroom. Very professional team of workers demoed the existing bathroom to the studs the first day. They widened the doorway from 24" to 32", replaced the cast-iron tub with a 30x60 shower pan, replaced the existing double hung window with a high sliding window, added a vent fan and GFCI outlet, recessed the medicine cabinet, put in new Pergo flooring, reworked the plumbing and added a shower, grab bars, wall tile, drywall, a great shower door, vanity, baseboards and painted everything. We couldn't be happier with the work

Our pipes would shake and sounded like they were going to explode whenever we turned on the faucets. Especially, the shower, clothes washer, and dishwasher. Tony quickly diagnosed the problem and within about 40 minutes everything was completely fixed. Very nice. Great service. Highly recommend this company

HSP remodeled two guest bathrooms, our kitchen, main bathroom and replaced our deck. We were pleased with the experience and thrilled with the results. The crew was respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves each day and protecting our walls, banisters, furniture, etc. Communication with HSP was timely, thorough and frequent. We knew each day what tasks were to be performed and by which crew members. Although there weren't many, they handled change requests in stride. Chuck and his team are true professionals. Their attention to detail and "can do" attitude makes them such a pleasure to work with

Chuck and his entire team are amazing. They made our basement bar and entertainment area dream a reality. We got everything we asked for and more. The attention to detail is second to none. Already making my ‘plans’ for the next project I have for them.

Everything turned out well. The gentleman arrived on time, was very nice, and did a good job. Furthermore, they were upfront about the increased costs if I opted to upgrade the faucet being installed which I appreciated.

Rep did a really nice job with caulking work in the bathroom. The major problem problem was that the rep didn't purchase the toilet while buying the caulking supplies. The spent an extra two hours making a separate trip to Home Depot...the same place they purchased the caulking supplies. Home Depot is only 10-12 mins from my house. They charged $106 per hour. They overcharged me $212 in my opinion. The company rep refused to reduce the bill amount

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
