I try to provide the best possible service to my customers at all times as well as keep our overhead low so we can pass those savings on to all customers. When we leave your home I want all my customers to feel like they had a job well done at a fair price and if they have any future plumbing problems they know who to call and the reasons why. Very well. Only reason for a poor mark was that the person (Owner?) who talked with me initially said about $200-210. Price ended up being $257 with no explanation for an increase of 25%. I would definitely hire them again but would ask for a closer estimation of the cost.

Brenden from Advantage Plumbing arrived on time, was very professional, reviewed the problem, explained what his proposed solution and set about taking care of the leaking pipe. Location of leak was very difficult to reach and Brenden proposed and executed the solution perfectly. I have plumbing experience and I know professional work when I see it, Brenden is a professional. Great work at a fair price. Recommend Advantage Plumbing highly. Great company to do business with.

It took 3 service calls to solve the problem. 2 trips can be understandable as one trip involved replacing a defective ring, but 3 trips should not be necessary. This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern.

"Dear valued customer, I wanted to explain a little further in detail what all took place. We did come out 3 seperate times trying to address some issues with the toilet. It needed a new flush seal as the old one was leaking and allowing some water out of the tank. The manufacturer changed the style of the flush seal. They made it larger so it woud work in two different styles of flush valves. We were installing their reccommended replacement parts and they were just not working. We were then able to track down the old style flush valve that had the old style flush seal on it. We then installed that flush seal into your toilet and that rectified the problem. It was just a manufacturer issue. Manufacturers do change packaging and designs which don't always work well in the old style fixtures. We make every effort to satisy all of our customers and go through great lengths to make sure they are all satisfied. That is in fact what happened here. Yes, it did take three seperate service calls but we made sure it was right even when it was a manufacturer issue at no extra charge. Thank you again for being a valued customer."

He was very professional. The only thing is when we received the bill, there was an extra charge for driving to Council Bluffs, an extra $50. This was not discussed when getting the quote. The work was very professional. He was very friendly.

There was a lot of work to be done and the price was very reasonable. Joe was professional, explaining options and all he did. The work done was complete and very thorough. I have used Advantage Plumbing previously and will feel very confident to call them again if the need arises.

I have an older house that caused some logistical problems. The plumber worked the issues and was able to arrive at a successful result. The plumber was courteous and diagnosed other issues that were done many years earlier.

We needed our shower replaced ASAP and Advantage Plumbing was able to fill our request within a week. Joe was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone! They also installed our water softener system and it has been flawless since day 1!

We have used one of the more recognizable plumbing companies in the past and had called them out to investigate this same leak. They charged me $75 to tell me that it was just water running through the PVC pipes that I was hearing - did nothing to investigate the leak. The leak got worse and ended up damaging the drywall downstairs. I contacted Advantage Plumbing first thing today and by 10:00 they were at our house. Joe was able to diagnose the problem within the first few minutes and proceeded to fix it - needed to replace the seal on the toilet. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and Joe was great to work with - explained the problem in detail - he was friendly but at the same time professional. So much for the name brand plumber -- we now have a company that we will not hesitate to use in the future for all of our plumbing needs. We would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing.

I thought a plumber would just snake the drain and pipe from the tub. But the snake wouldn't go through the up and down of the brass pipe. They replaced the pipe and put on a new spout and drain stopper for a better price than previous plumber wanted for snaking the drain. In my home less than 2 hours. All of impressed me.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and put in our new water heater the same day as our problem. Due to the size of the new water heater and the space he had to work in Mike had to get creative but handled it all like a pro. He was very conscientious about my pets and my house, using tarps and watching for animals as they went in and out. All in all one of the best Angie's List experiences I ever had and Advantage will be doing all my plumbing moving forward!

This is the 2nd time we have used Advantage Plumbing and it was just as great as the first time. We have a home that has near 30 year old plumbing and we have been lucky that there have been few problems up until now. We had a leaky faucet in the basement that even after shutting down the main water valve to try and DIY repair it, it still leaked water. Advantage Plumbing was called to save the day and Joe was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem at a fair price. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule even though they are extremely busy. Advantage Plumbing will always be our first call and the only plumbing service we will use in the future. Highly recommended.
