Service Provider Response
Dear valued customer, I wanted to explain a little further in detail what all took place. We did come out 3 seperate times trying to address some issues with the toilet. It needed a new flush seal as the old one was leaking and allowing some water out of the tank. The manufacturer changed the style of the flush seal. They made it larger so it woud work in two different styles of flush valves. We were installing their reccommended replacement parts and they were just not working. We were then able to track down the old style flush valve that had the old style flush seal on it. We then installed that flush seal into your toilet and that rectified the problem. It was just a manufacturer issue. Manufacturers do change packaging and designs which don't always work well in the old style fixtures. We make every effort to satisy all of our customers and go through great lengths to make sure they are all satisfied. That is in fact what happened here. Yes, it did take three seperate service calls but we made sure it was right even when it was a manufacturer issue at no extra charge. Thank you again for being a valued customer.Service Provider Response
