"Very responsive customer service. They called within minutes of my Home Advisor request. They quickly arranged to meet to determine my project scope (new kitchen backsplash). They provided a quote at the project scope meeting. I called later to confirm them as my choice and we set up a date, and I paid 1/2 total price. They left a voicemail with the start time the night before the scheduled project start date. A crew of one arrived on time on the start date. He finished the tile backsplash that day, but needed to come back the next to grout. Grout was finished the next day. A supervisor came by in two-three days to inspect the work and get our feedback.
