They provided a quote at the project scope meeting. I called later to confirm them as my choice and we set up a date, and I paid 1/2 total price. He finished the tile backsplash that day, but needed to come back the next to grout. Grout was finished the next day. A supervisor came by in two-three days to inspect the work and get our feedback.
