DM Home Improvements was extremely responsive from day one. My mother had an issue with one of her windows that would constantly set off her alarm system. Derek came over the the same week I called and made everything right for my mother same day. My mother was so appreciative of the job he completed and how he was extremely nice. A day before the work was performed DM came in the rain due to hurricane Helene and provides a reasonable quote The day the work was scheduled to be performed DM was on site 2 hours early and the work was completed in a timely manner.
