"Tony provided an estimate for the repair and the cleaning.  He arrived to do the work on time, and even called me when he was 30 minutes away to confirm the time of his arrival.  He removed a section of damaged carpet and replaced it with a piece of carpet from a closet in order to properly match the color.  He then replaced the missing piece in the closet with a remnant leftover from initial installation.  He did an amazing job - neither repair is noticeable - he matched the carpet pattern perfectly!
He also cleaned a very grungy looking carpet so well that it looks like new.  I initially thought I would have him replace this piece because it was beyond cleaning.  But, he told me during the estimate that he thought he could get it clean.  And he did!
