We had a water treatment system installed by Clear Water Concepts about 2 years ago. The project went well and we were happy with the systemâ ¦ until now. We have been waiting for our replacement filters for several months now. We even paid them for the filters over a month ago because we were promised they would be delivered in a few days. The last 3 times weâ ve called them they told us the same thing - â we will get them delivered to you today or tomorrow at the latestâ . They never show up. Most recently was Thursday of last week when they said we would have them by Friday/Saturday. Sure enough still no filters come Monday. Since Monday weâ ve left multiple messages and no one answers or ever calls back. Whatâ s the point of a water filter if you canâ t use it? Iâ ve spent hundreds of dollars on bottled water waiting for this filter not to mention the $180 on the filters themselves. And to top it all off, there is literally no where else I can order the filters from. They are the only authorized dealer in the area. Just absolutely unacceptable. If youâ re considering getting a filter system installed, choose someone else.

very professional. Had Clear Water concepts install a complete home water treatments system, in my well house and an Ro system inside home. The water is great - less staining and less itches. They followed up, with a phone call, about a year later to check system and replace RO filters. I will recommend them to anyone looking for the best water.

Scott and Dexter went above and beyond to update my system and explain everything to me. I couldnâ t be happier. They are extremely courteous and did a great job. My family and I love the new water filtration system and can really tell the difference in the water quality. GREAT people and GREAT company!

I felt like their system was the best even though it cost more but you get what u pay for. Can already tell a big difference in softness of water which means minerals u donâ t want are being filtered out. Also ph wast adjusted and we feel confident drinking water straight from the tap

My only regret is not starting services sooner with CLEAR WATER CONCEPTS... LIFE IS TOO PRECIOUS & this product is too important not o have.

These people are absolutely wonderful. From the time they set foot in the door it was like we found a part of out family that we had not seen in years. It was as if we had known them for ever. They are very professional, knowledgeable, low-key. When they left we were able to operate and totally understand the system. When they left it was like we were giving up part of our family again, but they had given us all of their personal enclosure numbers to get in touch with them if we had a problem which I do not anticipate or to call them just to chit-chat as a family would. They truly made us feel like we are part of their family which I would be so happy to be a part of. Truly a unique company.
