I contacted them to demo & replace a master bath shower that had been improperly installed. I was contacted the same day I requested an estimate. They came out the next day & I had the estimate a day later! Every time I had a question, it was promptly answered. They were very respectful of my home taking time each day to cover floors & even suggested protecting items I'd left out from the demo process. They were very helpful with the design process too. I was consulted at every stage to be sure I was getting what I wanted. And they always left everything neat & clean. Perhaps most important- the quality of the work- is exceptional.
