Porch Oasis

Greg installed over our existing support base of our deck with Trek Decking and new railing. His cost was extremely high and his finished product extremely poor. After the first rain, I spent hours on my deck to prevent the water from rushing into my sunroom. He pitched the deck towards my house and his idea of preventing water from going underneath was to caulk the seams. It was a horrific mess. The deck is weak, sags and bows, not seamed on the railing properly, uneven cuts with a huge hole cut out at top of ramp. The deck was supposed to be strong enough to support my disabled relative. It gave under the weight of her wheelchair the first time she visited. We should have seen the red flags when he showed up working out of the back of his Honda car. Also, we discovered after the job that he was supposed to get a permit for any additional sq. footage added to the deck. He neglected this important step. This professional leaves more to be desired than you can imagine. Zero stars

Greg was great to work with! They turned my porch into a screened in room and it looks amazing! He worked with me within my budget and the end product was beyond my expectations! It looks so great and I know my existing porch was not easy to work with. Once my pool is in, I plan to use this company again for an extension. Really nice people to work with.
