You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

Also, they cut into sheet rock without consulting me, covering with just tape and spackling, leaving 2 places with no sheet rock (when I sanded it tape went everywhere leaving a gapping hole). I now have to hire someone to fix this"
