Josh is unprofessional. It took longer than expected with different stories on why company hadn't got my unit put in yet. Then the first year I had a problem with unit. I heard lie after lie about when my unit would be fixed while enduring the hottest weeks last summer with no air. I was promised by Josh he would do a free cleaning this spring for the inconvenience. I contacted Josh in March then April his response was I'll get you on schedule next week. I then contacted him in May and he has yet to respond and it has been days no response. Seems to me Josh is more worried about getting units sold instead of keeping customers happy. Just worries me case he is in control of the warranty on my unit. I just wonder if that was done properly. Like I seen in another review just 2 months ago it's best to buy from another company cause after the purchase they care less about making their customers happy.

It was a rip-off, this guy never did the work .

He’s had my money since June 3 and has yet to show up to do his job. He either won’t answer the phone, gives you excuses, blames it on somebody else or he’s been sick with the flu. He does not Show up or answer his phone we’ve had to take a worn out in his name as well as our neighbor has had to do the same thing. We both live in Sharon and we both have been ripped off by this guy to the tune of close to $10,000. I tell you again, do you not use this guy!
