As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

The project was completed in two days time. Care was taken to protect my wood floors and carpeting. All the old equipment was hauled away at the end of each day. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
