"Excellent! I was in a bind because my air conditioner went out and I really wanted to at least get a ceiling fan installed so I could survive the heat. Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him. The guys that showed up were great, very friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had.  They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  They also got me an extra discount on the repairs.

There were no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics used.    There was no bait and switch or 'limited time offers'  to push the sale along.

The front office person I dealt with could have made more of an effort.  The day of my repairs, I was called and told the Credit Card Machine was not working, so I would have to pay by check, or my appointment would have to be changed to another day.  I was then called back after several minutes and told that a post-dated check would be acceptable if funds were not currently available.  I understand that the Credit Card System was being changed over, but there should have been some thought put into this before calling anyone.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
