I have a little concern about the leak around the floor where the water heater had leaked and I told them about that and he got a plywood to put down over the floor for the water heater to rest on so that it won't go directly on the floor and it would give the floor time to dry and air out and he came out of his way to do it."

He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."
