The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. "One guy came in a Van; he had everything in it including generator and water. Very good guy and spent about 4 hours cleaning. Overall I would recommend them, it's convenient that the come to your place and overall a decent job. But if you want a very through detailed (where they take out seats etc); I think the traditional detailers (though expensive) are still way to go than mobile detailers."
