For the second time in recent months I had an emergency no water issue with my well pump. Again, I called the Plumbing Firm. Just like last time, I got a call back very promptly, and had a technician onsite just a short time later. . The problem was diagnosed and repaired just a couple hours later. If you ever have a plumbing emergency. These are the guys to call! Prompt and professional service! , courteous and knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices!

I was impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work perfomed on my septic system. He was able to detect the problem right away and had it working the same day. Very competent.

Had a bad experience with a big box contractor canceling me and needed some bathroom vanities installed now. Was referred to The Plumbing Firm for the work. Luckily a tech was available after 4:00"PM on a Friday and installed the vanities and all the plumbing. Then the next week I had a toilet flange needed replacement. Guys were there again. Up in Sparta, NC too. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work

The owner came right out within an hour of me calling, on a Sunday night at 10pm. He was very nice, prompt, and knowledgeable.

I lost my 10 year old well pump assembly.I called them upon referrel and he came right over within an hour.He determined the well pump was dead and we started removing it for checkout. Took the rest of the day to get it out , found damaged well pump wiring and analyzed the pump bad. Early next morning, had to replace damaged wiring , replace the well pump assembly, replace a bad expansion tank. Great work and all runs fantastic. First time I had used them and so glad I did!

Called on a Monday evening because the sewer was backing up into basement shower. They came out same day to try to resolve. They had all the experience and equipment needed to locate and address a root blockage 200+ feet from the only clean out. They added two new clean outs to the line to help resolve any future issues that may arise. The work was done quickly and professionally. The total cost of all the work they had to do came in way lower than I had feared. Through the whole process, they were kind, courteous, punctual, and overall pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Firm to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

I called late on a Saturday night with a leak in a vey tight crawl space. By 1 the next day the leak was fixed. Awesome job, thanks so much

Iâ ve had this company install two toilets, snake a drain, and fix two leaky pipes. Very Courteous, reasonably priced, cleaned up after he was done, Would highly recommend!
