They were great. They were very prompt when I called them, they responded within a very timely manner, efficient, and professional. I have a little concern about the leak around the floor where the water heater had leaked and I told them about that and he got a plywood to put down over the floor for the water heater to rest on so that it won't go directly on the floor and it would give the floor time to dry and air out and he came out of his way to do it.

He don't leave you in a bind he makes sure it's done. I've recommended him to my neighbor. He's really good and honest. He's a very nice gentlemen. I have no dislikes of him. He keeps me up on what he's doing. He's very reasonable. My overall experience with him is the best.
