"We had been without hot water for 3 days and because we had a Bradford model we had to go through one of their certified technicians. They were 5 hours late and told me I needed a new water heater. He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. I searched a few local companies and decided to go with Doby’s because of the reviews on Angi’s list. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward."

I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one.
