Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "They fixed my yard from looking like a disaster with waist high grass to looking neat and tidy within just a few visits to my property. 10/10 will also be using them for yard maintenence this summer Update: I asked to be put under contract as I wanted to ensure they were paid all summer. They declined. There were 3 weeks with no rain and extremely hot weather- so grass was not growing. I was not told clearly that they required every 2 weeks to come out. They then refused to come out as it would be extra work. I sent a photo of the yard, apologized and then said I was not aware of the every 2 week rule and there is NO contract stating such. I offered to do it myself as they claimed it was extra work and that is why they did not want to come out. I sent a picture of the lawn done myself and asked to be put on a set schedule if possible and then they ghosted me. 0/10 for customer service. I WILL say that their work is great when they do come out and they are great for hiring in a pinch. 10/10 for their actual work. I would only hire them for emergency maintenance or an out of control yard. Wish I could have kept the 5 star review, but this was just unprofessional customer service."
