They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed. One of their employees took pictures of his work because he was proud of it, To me that says it all. I would highly recommend J&C Hardscapes to anyone interested."

"They quoted $125 and then after job was completed it was $130. I have two story which they completed in 1 hour. They put murphy oil on hardwood floor and tile which left a residue and slippery. I asked for a deep clean and I did not get a deep clean not even close. He seemed to pride himself in getting the job done in an hour, however I rather have the deep clean like I asked for. It seemed his motive was how fast he could get the job done and coworkers were not working most of that hour. They had to use my vacuum because their vacuum was causing a burning rubber smell. They did not vacuum wall to wall, just middle of the room. They didn't even clean flooring before applying murphy oil."
