"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. The deck is sixteen feet off the ground with +20 stairs and extensive lighting. It was done on budget and on time. Scott Dean and his team worked hard every day on the project from early morning to dusk. They are true craftsmen. Communication was exemplary throughout the 3-4 week project."
