They acknowledge it and attempted to do something to it but it wasn't enough and I had to spend a significant amount of additional money to fix it. "J&C Hardscapes LLC did a fantastic job. Angi Gave me three references. A large company failed to respond. J&C Spent their time ministering what needed to be done. I had another company to come out. They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed. One of their employees took pictures of his work because he was proud of it, To me that says it all. I would highly recommend J&C Hardscapes to anyone interested."

"Chris and his crew were great to work with. I had a wood fence put up on the right side of my yard and an alluminum fence put up in the front of my house with 2 gates and a driveway gate. Both fences are beautiful. The work is high quality and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. My neighbor had a vinyl fence put up by another company and they left a gap where my back neighbor's dogs could get out and Chris and his crew extended my fence to fill the gap between my fence and my neighbor's fence so the dogs could not get out. They were professional and great communicators and kept me informed. I had gotten several estimates from other companies and once the other companies gave me the estimates, they would never respond back to me to answer any questions. Chris answered all my questions and always responded to my texts. I still have 2 sides of my yard to fence in and will definitely use Chris and his crew again.
