Fence posts loose. Unprofessional appearing patch work at gate. But completely destroyed my yard. Clay 3 inches deep piled out 3 feet away from the fence, smothering my lawn, cigarettes butts left around my yard, rusty metal left that my grand son could get injured on, debris like cut pieces of fence and trash left for me to clean up. When I discussed with Donnie, no apology ( no excuse for leaving cigarettes behind) and he was aggressively argumentative and making excuses rather than trying to make it right. This organization does not respect the customer or the customer?s property. I personally went out with a rake and moved 14 buckets of clay so that my lawn would survive.

Owner had issue corrected and offered his assistance if any further issues occur. Made sure the job was done right and customer was satisfied.

Typical small contracting business the fence i had installed has never had the gate open properly. Work is unreliable and way below satisfactory.

Don listened to my situation & needs and offered options. I secured fencing within my budget. The team was punctual, cleaned up after themselves, professional, & friendly. Project was completed on time. I plan to do business with them again. (They installed a smaller gate to enclose the space between my neighbor & I so my dog can run along fence with their dog). Psst…my dog was sneaking into their yard under their gate. Now we can have authorized & playdates. Lol.

Heâ s a yes man. Yesâ s you to deathâ ¦tells you what he thinks you want to hear, but doesnâ t follow through! Absolutely horrible company and horrible 1-2 person staff. Said heâ d have the guys back out to fix the gates we asked to have the opening reversed! They reversed the gates themselves along with the hinges. Left the latch hardware on the gate and only moved the part it latches to to lock it so now itâ s in the outside for the whole freaking world to just walk right in.

Donny is a great contractor! He listens to what you need and works with you on deciding the best thing for your home. His team is professional and work so hard to get the job done in an efficient way. The quality of work is top notch just like the customer service. Very knowledgeable and very helpful! Highly recommend for any of your housing needs.

D&M Contracting came to work on our Horse Farm. Donnie the owner has no experience working on a horse farm, understanding what materials are needed and why, or how they should be installed. Matt his foreman and Ronnie have installed horse fencing and been around horses so they understood. The job was to repair a 5ft wood no climb perimeter fence, switch out some parts that were t-posts to posts and rails (supplied) to march rest of fence; secure the existing PVC fence that had been disassembled in places, secure loose posts and or rails; secure the old riding ring; close in a dry lot with two gates, create a dry lot with a new gate and run approx 550 ft of new PVC fence with gate. Schematics were provided at the time of the bid and through out the job. The project was walked, several times, spray painted and yet Donnie remained confused. He threw the schematics away. Donnie was contracted to do the work on our property but paid for by a 3rd party. Due to the State of NC getting involved with a property adjacent to us, mid project, the size of one new dry lot had to increase. State comes in, you change! Donnie would come and stress the importance of getting everything done â time was of the essenceâ â but he spent most of the day mansplaining. Donnie does not have a good memory, thankfully Matt his foreman does. He would commit to doing something and then forget. We would have already walked and discussed it and Donnie when he agreed would spray paint in orange. The job was promised by a deadline. That was missed. He used existing material on our property and tried to claim it was new material. Material was delivered on site to the job. Pictures were taken and noted each day. One day when we questioned if the materials installed were new or ones from a 200 foot line of existing fence he became defensive. The third party paying for the fence, said they needed a clear accounting before anymore work was done. Not another penny would be spent until he could show how many posts and rails he had installed, how much wood fence he had repaired. Then we could move forward. Concerned by his body language, i documented all of the remaining supplies that were paid for by 50% deposit prior to leaving to get a gate he needed. Upon returning all the material needed to finish the job had disappeared. Including any left over material from the 200 ft of fencing I owned, plus personal tools. Donnie told me initially he removed nothing and then said he would bring it back on the trailer the next day. All parties met the following Monday. Despite it being clear he had used material to complete the riding ring and enclose the dry lot off with the 200 ft of existing fencing; now leaving a 200 foot gap in the fence line; using tie down cord to secure the wire fencing, not installing any gates, he said he was done. For some reason the third party wrote a check for him to finish the job the way it was supposed to have been done. He said any remaining invoices that his wife might have sent in the past were considered paid, and with that money, the job and other extra jobs were considered paid in full. He has now been paid twice as deposits were already collected; the work was partially completed in 2 days. The fences have no latches. The rails pop out of the posts, the 6x6 posts donâ t hold the gates, the posts for the vinyl fence donâ t hold the rails. The foreman Matt said Donnie was done with this project. He stole material paid for from the job site, he did not deliver on what was promised; he removed personal contractor grade tools belonging to the farm; and did subpar work. He was incredibly deeming to me as a woman and someone with a disability. He is not trustworthy. If you read the reviews, yes he has some good ones, I am not the only one who has been stolen from and has subpar work. Buyers beware.

We are very satisfied with this company we called them they came out, gave an estimate within 1 day. Our fence was installed the installers were very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend them.
