Lance, Robert, and James were all super professional. It was a true pleasure to work with Rainwagon Irrigation to get our front yard set up with a new irrigation system. James and his team were punctual, courteous, and worked hard to complete the project in the timeline they gave us. The system is about a year old and working extremely well. I had an issue yesterday with one of the sprinkler heads and Lance was very responsive to the situation and came the next day to check it out. Lance's responsiveness, quality of work and punctuality are superb. I would recommend anyone that might be in the market to install an irrigation system to call Lance first. You will not be disappointed.

The quality and service is exceptional. They came out after another company did poor work. Rainwagon is priced higher than others. Their service call is $100 whereas most of the others are $85. Of course, the service call charges goes towards the full service, however I can't help but think their full charges are relatively higher than others as well...just couldn't afford to pay for multiple service calls in order to compare.

You know the feeling that you can't always trust a contractor? Not with Lance at Rainwagon. He was just honest. It was refreshing. I have an irrigation system that is a bit different and he was willing to take a look, assess the situation and fix the issue. He wasn't there to sell me on some big job and over bill me for a bunch of work I didn't need or want. It was straight to the point and fair. It's that type of person that I keep and use on a recurring basis.

All repairs quickly make and a job very well done. I was so happy with the amount of work done in very little time. Many would have charged for a lot more time with this much digging but these guys are working at a very good pace getting thing done and done right.

Robert is absolutely fantastic. He was the first person out of 4 companies to figure out what was happening with our irrigation system. He took the time to listen to the entire history of the issue and spent a lot of time checking our entire system and found our issue. Very trustworthy and hard working. He probably could have charged us for things that we didn't need but kept the fix to a minimum. Would (and will) hire him for any irrigation project that we have.

This review is long overdue. I wanted to thank Lance and Rainwagon for designing my perfect irrigation system. Lance was the only contractor that took the time to draw a design that I could actually see what the system would look like from a coverage to coverage perspective. He answered every question that I asked, and trust me, I asked a ton of questions. He response time was unbelievable. And from the day he got on the job to do the actual installation it was precise, professional, and clean. I am very grateful for Lance honestly and work ethic. He's awesome. Excellent, The foreman, Daniel, was the key as he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. When we were going over the bids to decide on which company to use if we had known in advance we would have Daniel as the foreman and what Daniel was like we would have immediately picked Rainwagon without even comparing their bid to the other bids. .

Good - It was freezing cold but they came right out - Pumped out the Meter pit and got the system shut down. We decided to wait till warmer weather for inspection and quote for repair

Extremely well! Lance called us the week before and said he could even come a few days early. On the appointed day Daniel, Russell and Larry came to our house and began work. Daniel, the foreman, was always willing to answer any questions I had and all of the men were very polite. I felt with all of our flowerbeds it was a difficult job, but they said it was not too bad for them. At one point in the 4 day job I saw 5 employees working in various parts of our yard. They were efficient and seemed to work very well together. Since installation we have had a well running sprinkler system and are so happy with our choice of Rainwagon Irrigation, Inc.

They arrived on time and called prior to arrival. They adjusted the timing of the zones because of the type of emitters, was over watering. The leaks were quickly identified and repaired and they reviewed all the system's settings with me. I used a discount coupon as well with the service.
