My biggest concerns were all related to customer service and communication. Promises to call me tomorrow really meant never. When the e-billing came, there was nothing on the invoice allowing me to pay..no address, no phone#, No pay here button, etc. It was just clearly a company living in disorganization. Even the company truck had out of date license plates. I think the product will be good and the value is solid. Just be very clear in your communication expectations if you choose this company."
