I had read so many great recommendations for this contractor on this site. But my experience was very disappointing in that while there may be 4 zones of irrigation not all of the landscapes needs have been met. There was a drop in PSI due to the mandated installation of a Back Flo Check Device at an additional cost of $1200.00. The installer should have factored that into his creating 4 zones. The decrease in PSI would suggest creating more and smaller zones . The installer had a lot of roots to dig up as mine is a wooded lot. It is a park like setting with pathways winding thru. Old irrigation lines are cut, left sticking out of the ground. Some old lines were re utilized while others bypassed, not getting water to where I need it. There were 12 zones available but only 4 were set up, there by over taxing the waters ability to get sufficient amounts to the plants. Holes were left unfilled covered with dirty pine straw; garbage from the install was left on the property; they rushed to complete this job in one day; there has been continued erosion from heavy rainfalls causing the pop up water sprayers to become silted over requiring me to dig them out; the paths were not returned to original state; cut roots either stuck out of the ground or were left on the property; even with 811 coming and marking utilities an electrical power line to the property post light and power box was cut causing me an additional electricians bill for service to restore the power line; I was never instructed how to set up the base station and WiFi aspect of the system; I never received a written invoice detailing services and payment; I have no manual or box for the base station; I have no idea of warranty; nor does the contractor respond to my text inquiries. I am troubleshooting every day with the support people from the controllers manufacturer. I needed the original system repaired and extended. My goal was to be able to travel away from the property with confidence the watering needs would be met. I have had to cancel everything until this mess can be resolved. It is apparent I am in need of a new Irrigation Specialist. I am left discouraged, disappointed & underwhelmed with the work that was done. And it saddens me to have to make this negative review

Great job with the sprinkler system install. The team worked quickly to complete the installation. Had a few challenges with the meter install and the inspection, but worked through them easily.

Excellent service and priced fairly. They work very efficiently. Will definitely use them again for any repairs and also for spring start up and winterization.
