The team listened to our concerns and provided an extensive long-term vision for rectifying them and making them an area we’d enjoy moving forward. Based on our immediate needs, we decided to take a phased approach by adding a timber retention wall, a stone wall with lighting, and privacy trees. They also tapped into our existing drainage solution and made it more efficient. I view this as providing us with a canvas for future projects. We are very pleased with their work and will be a repeat customer for future phases of their initial plan. "We hired Timesavers Landscaping to build a tiered stone edge wall for our front yard flower garden & add sod to the side yard. They finished today & the results are fantastic!! Eric took the time to talk about the design & any potential drainage issues given our sloped grade on one side. With Eric’s input, & a few pictures of what we wanted, we had a clear plan moving forward. The team, Eric, Michael, Tyler & their workers, communicated clearly throughout the process, were professional, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what they promised at a fair price. Their craftsmanship is excellent, and the project went smoothly from start to finish. We did have one issue with the stone. The big box store was selling defective stone so, at the last minute, Eric found different stone. What he found was even better & not that much more expensive. This was all easily resolved within 2 days. I would absolutely hire them again (we have plans for the back yard) and highly recommend their work!"

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Cancelled all services with Blanton as well as this well pitched Wow Service Plan. Was given a good pitch about services provided. However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."
