I called and talked to Donavon on Jan 3, 2021 for a job that he had done in the beginning of 2019 for a gutter cleaning and French drain he installed. He claimed that he would be out to my house later that day or the next day. He never showed, I called him the next evening, and he said he would be out first thing the next morning, again he never showed, I called and left a voice mail, and sent him a text message and still no response. When I did talk to him on Monday evening I found out that apparently the French drain he installed, they never put any kind of sealant or anything to help the foundation not have water leak into it. I have no problem even paying them to come out and re do the French drain, and put the proper sealant on it to protect my house from rain water, however, he won't return any of my calls or text messages. Setting up times to come out and never showing up. Very unprofessional.

Horrific! Were here for 15 minutes and only removed dry debris that was visible from ground level. I am 66 years old but climbed my ladder to find all gutters clogged with 12 month-old sludge. Charged me $200 and Donovan Quesenberry refused to either talk on the phone or come to see for himself. Had to finish job myself, will never use or recommend; also reported to BBB. Many others have had similar complaints. DO NOT HIRE.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] has received 3 service visits. His home is surrounded by mature trees that drop debris year-round. His gutters are showing age and improper alignment in some areas. First- $100 gutter cleaning service appointment was on 12/3/2019 Autumn leaves/debris does not stop falling until Jan-Feb with the trees that are on his property. Second- $100 gutter cleaning service appointment was on 3/12/2020. Spring debris and seeds were falling during this time. Third- $0 gutter cleaning service appointment was on 5/1/2020. This was during a break in the rain when a tropical storm/ hurricane hit NC. His roof was covered in fresh leaves and branches that fell during the storm. The storm lasted 1-2 days after this emergency visit which deposited fresh debris. Please note that gutters were cleaned properly at each visit. Gutters were functioning properly after each visit. If the gutters were not functioning properly the client would not have waited 3 months after each service to inform us. During the 3rd service visit it was raining and we have video evidence of the gutters and downspouts draining water properly at the time of service. It is our opinion that Mr. [Member Name Removed] needs quarterly gutter cleaning and gutter repair for his gutters to function properly year-round. This is very common for his location and tree canopy conditions."

I would not recommend this service provider. Work was done but not as agreed to before the visit.

They were hired to clean my windows, which they have done in the past, along with cleaning our gutters. This business is run by a husband and wife team. I had spoke with the wife, Lauren, regarding my window cleaning appointment, where we confirmed the price would be $139.00 (via text message). The husband showed up early to do the service, where he informed me due to the number of windows I have, there is now a price increase, where the service would now be $225.00. I informed him of the conversation I had with Lauren, where it was documented the price would be $139.00. He stated he could meet me half way at $200.00, but nothing less or he would be losing money. After he left, I texted the office manager regarding what happened and that I was upset about how this was handled. The office manager, which is Lauren's husband, stated he was glad he showed up early, in order for me to have time to find someone else to suit my needs.

I contacted this company to clean my gutters as they have previously been to my home and I was pleased with their work. However, today, they said they have changed their service area and do not service my address anymore. This conflicts with service area map that shows on Angie's list. My location is squarely within in their service area when I look at the map on their Angie's List site. If it were my business, I would go to a repeat customer's house even if my service area has changed. I recommend that this company update their service area map on Angie's List so customers don't waste their time calling to learn that the customer is not actually in the service area any more.

The first time I used them, I had trouble getting them to show up on time. The second time, they came on the day they were supposed to come and that was good.

"While most clients would prefer that we promise a time that we will be arriving to clean the gutters, because we do not require that anyone be home we never promise an arrival time for gutter cleaning. If it rains/snows/is wet or we cannot get to everyone on the day that they are scheduled, we do call to let them know and reschedule the appointment."
