He coordinated all the work and kept us informed by text every evening and occasionally by phone when necessary. The entire crew were very skilled and professional. "I have had several experiences with Blanton.’s over the past few years. I have been very pleased with their employees, teams, and, particularly, their overall business practices. Having had 2 basement floods in the past few years caused by hairpin holes in the pipes. They did a great job repairing/replacing all of my pipes, some electrical work, and HVAC, all in a timely and safe manner. The technicians would give descriptions and probable time/costs their tasks would require. They were polite! Only late yesterday afternoon, I called them to tell of a leak under my kitchen sink. The technicians were here at 8:30 am this morning, repaired the leak, AND advised me there was no charge. How many firms would do that!!!"
