"If I have any "issues" at all about them for our bathtub to shower project it is their customer contact/scheduling. On three different occasions, their workers showed up with no call, no contact of any kind. Just by coincidence, someone was home. Otherwise, while the project was a higher price than we wanted to spend (aren't they all?), all of the work was of superior quality and done in a timely manor. The new shower is GREAT!!!"

Installing a drop-in tub yourself is possible, especially if you’re replacing your existing tub with a new one of the same size.
