He coordinated all the work and kept us informed by text every evening and occasionally by phone when necessary. The entire crew were very skilled and professional. They took utmost care of our property and made sure they minimized the inconvenience. Trash was removed frequently and dirt/dust were cleaned up at the end of each day. "I had originally called another company when my AC started blowing warm air. They came out and checked the unit. They found that the coolant and Circuitry were fine. They next checked the blower. Afterwards, the tech told me what he thought the problem was, but it would cost $1400 to find out. Then I called Blanton. Eddie came out and checked the coolant and circuitry, which were fine. He then checked the blower. After he took the panel off it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem. A switch had shorted causing the heat coils to come on. Essentially, the unit was trying to heat and cool at the same time. He replaced the switch, cleaned the blower fan, the coils, and serviced/cleaned the outside units all for less than what the other tech thought the problem was. I will Continue to use them in the future."
