"Thanks for the feedback. 1) We offer a wide range of products. We mostly install tile, not acrylic. Its just an option for clients looking to spend the least amount possible. Delta products offer a limited lifetime warranty as do Moen. We use Kohler and Hansgrohe as well. Delta is a great product for those looking to spend the least amount possible and still get an excellent product. 2) We will always honor our quoted price if we were at fault for the misunderstanding. No questions asked. Integrity is important to us and we appreciate this client acknowledging it. 3) There was an opportunity to discuss concerns in person, but this client would not share any feedback other than his disappointment in a missing hose connection. He called nearly everyday about its availability and it in no way delayed the project. The door was not in yet, and client was responsible for all other plumbing which was not completed at that time. We acknowledge the mistake, but made the necessary corrections in a timely manner. 4) The comments on the invoicing are a bit misleading and are completely innocent. I simply sent his original contract showing his deposit and asked him to review it. I also asked if he needed anything before I schedule final inspection and collect the final payment. That is simultaneously when I was notified that the door install was not complete. He made no reference to a faulty invoice, nor did he express concern that I had "misplaced" thousands of his dollars. He didn't even respond to the original email. Once everything was ready for review I sent the same original contract to him again. I again asked if there is anything else he needs and to please review the contract. That's when he asked for me to update the final balance instead of original contract amount. In less than two hours and without conflict, he had the updated total with a new invoice. We strive for great communication, a timely install, but most importantly the best quality and most honorable business practices. We will always accept responsibility for things we need to improve.
