"Came home from work at 5:30 PM on Tuesday to find no hot water and the Hot Water Heater in the garage leaking badly. I turned off the gas and water valves supplying the heater. Contacted Fix It Plumbing Services at their Emergency Number as it was after business hours. The owner Neil got right back to me. He verified with me over the phone some specifications and that the unit had been securely shut down. It was my desire to replace the unit as it was over 10 years old and had recently begun making noise. Niel was at my home first thing Wednesday AM to take some measurements and speak with me. Fix It Plumbing team members were at my home Wednesday afternoon uninstalling the old Hot Water Heater. There was severe weather in the area that afternoon and I couldn't blame them if they had postponed but they were at my home working during a Tornado Warning. The new Hot Water Heater was being brought in from outside the local area so it was not available until late on Wednesday. My new Hot Water Heater was installed successfully on Thursday AM and is working as intended.

"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."

Total of five hours on project, two by professional plumber and three by assistant. Cost reasonable, especially in comparison to cost of possible pipe replacement. Everyone was very polite.
