They were Great to work with. The only thing I saw that needs to be corrected is the contractors clean up after the demolition. I had to call to make sure they came back to clean the yard of the debris. The project manager always did.

Great company to work with. They were extremely communicative and explained to me exactly what work was going to be done, when they would be able to do the work, and stuck to the timeline that I was quoted. They have knowledgeable workers who are certified in their fields and were very respectful of me and my home. I would highly recommend them to others and would hire them again!

*LAW ENFORCEMENT NON-ENDORSEMENT* Venturist Construction & Home Improvement did a horrible job with my new shower installation: Code violations, water leaks ( Venturist addressed with a flimsy, cheap rubber seal on shower door), defective, shoddy work(messy caulking and holes in shower walls), as well as they have caused damage to my home. The owner is extremely argumentative and only wants to debate his companys bad work, attempting to dodge any responsibility. This company has refused to fully repair/replace their errors and has given me nothing but the, run around for the past five(5) months. If Venturist Construction will treat law enforcement with such careless disrespect, how might they treat you, a friend or an elderly relative? In my experience, this company is extremely unprofessional and cares very little about quality work or customer satisfaction. I do NOT recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs. Hire at your own risk. You have been warned, Law Enforcement(Retired)

"We are willing and able to prove everything listed to be false. Our company takes pride in everything we do, we would never intentionally or knowingly leave a project less that satisfaction! And the Venturist satisfaction is well above average. There is forms of completion signed, this is stating that satisfaction was met and the customer have approved the project. Following this, the customer has then refused to pay the additional amounts owed for the work contracted. We are a Christian company, proudly support our brothers and sisters of arms and Mrs Rowe is a great example of that. With that said, we also acknowledge overbearing power."

This company came to make an adjustment in my install. They worked with me until they got it right. So many companies do not respond to complaints if the work is finished. All their installers were so nice and friendly!

Based on my personal experience with this company I cannot recommend them. Their experience is lacking, and they do not do top-notch work. The owner lacks the ability to clearly communicated to customer work being done. Very slow work. Lack of enough workers with needed skills to perform work. Late to start work every day. Makes claim of caring about customers' concerns but when the customer has concerns their response is it is not something, they think is necessary. A job that was supposed to take 1 day and maybe 2 days to finish the job took 3 days and not short days either. 1st day went from 9:00 am till midnight. 2nd day was supposed to start at 10:00 am they showed up around 1:30 pm and went to midnight again. 3rd day was supposed to start at 8:00 am they showed up around 9:30 am and worked till 3:30 pm. Most time wasted with exhaust vent installation. The owner was not able to fix. Took many hours trying to wire it. Had my power off for over 10 hours on Friday night. The power was off in the kitchen as well since both rooms are on the same circuit. Had to discard all groceries in my refrigerator since power was off so long. The owner would come on-site and work a bit then disappear down the road for hours before showing back up and work a bit then disappearing down the road again for long periods of time. They had to hire electricians to come in to wire the fan correctly. Took electricians about 30 minutes to resolve. They also promised a $100 visa since I was going to supplying my own showerhead. Never received this promise. They cannot be trusted in anything they claim in person or on their website in my opinion and personal experience with them. This is a new company with just about a year in business. I think if they continue with what I saw and experienced they will end up out of business. Pay a little more and go with a company that has been around for a while and can be counted on being around in the future if any warranty work needs to be done. I am a very unhappy customer. I will now have to live with it and hope no major issues show up since I doubt, they will be around long.

This was my first major home renovation I went big. I wanted to completely remodel the Master and Guest bathrooms in my home and I received many many quotes before I decided to proceed with Smart Bath. I have been extremely happy with the service and care I received. Any complaints I had were swiftly fixed no ifs, ands or buts. No remodeling project is without its ups and downs but I really felt taken care of at all points in the process. If I had any more bathrooms in my house I would definitely ask them back!

While I am at the beginning of engaging with the Smart Bath team, I am so far extremely impressed with the quality of service. John is clearly an expert in his field, not just with design & ideation, but also with customer service and listening to his clientsâ needs. Bless his heart, he even seems to enjoy my dog jumping all over him and my four year old telling him stories while heâ s here taking measurements. They are extremely responsive and thoughtful in their approach to remodeling my master bathroom. I feel completely taken care of with the Smart Bath team!

After 25 years the porcelain cover cast iron tub in our guest bath finally succumbed to rust around the overflow drain. As suggested by the â internetâ , I secured several quotes from plumbers and a couple of General Contractors but they were a mixed bag of too costly or not comprehensive enough in the sense that they could do part of the work but not all of it thus making me become the GC. I didnâ t have the time, nor the skill set required to do that. Enter SmartBath. John assured me that they could complete the project, in whole, with the same or better quality and materials as the other quotes I received and match the lesser expensive options. Again, Iâ m not adept in this field but John explained everything to me and showed me samples that gave me a good sense that he could honor his word. We agreed to the terms and settled on an installation date. Indications were that the install would take about a day. I believe if this were pre-COVID-19 days that estimate would have held true. But with shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the political civil unrest, certain items didnâ t arrive in time and a second installation date had to be scheduled. This second go around, everything was delivered and installed to completion. The tub/shower has been in use now for a little over a week and we are very pleased with the outcome. The quality of the hardware appears very durable with a heft that you donâ t normally find from items from a big box store. As well the composite walls and tub are sturdy/sold and easy to clean. Add in the coverage of a lifetime warranty and we are extremely pleased that this will be the last time we have to change the tub/shower space in that bathroom.
