Chris and the RoofLine Xperts team went above and beyond from the first phone call to completion. Chris came out the same day we called for a small leak in our roof and had a crew on-site within days to address the problem. I am thrilled with my new skylights. Chris was professional from the beginning. Arrived on time for our appointments. Completed the work in a very timely manner, picked up all trash, has been a great communicator, took pictures of completed work, went above and beyond while doing the work, taking care of a roof issue that was not in his scope of the job, no charge, just something that he did to make the overall job look better, ie he painted my fireplace cap to match the other things he painted. So just know when you hire Roofline Experts you are truly getting an expert and I have no doubt you’ll be just as happy with his work as I am.

My HVAC company came for an ordinary routine inspection. When the service person went into the attic he called out to me that I had a big problem! There was a hole next to the vent pipe going up into the roof; water was coming down into my attic. It was raining and the forecast was for continuous rain. The HVAC company owner did not answer until later, meanwhile the rain is getting heavier! I took matters into my hands realizing the amount of damage that would happen if not quickly fixed. That’s when I found Chris Holland. He agreed to come out and was the ONLY roofer that would go up on my roof to fix the problem in the rain. By the time he arrived it was pouring! He went up on the roof, into my attic and thoroughly assessed the damage and the cause. While No one else would help me Mr Holland stepped up! I found him to be a man with integrity and compassion. I used RoofLine Xperts to repair a leak around my chimney. From the moment Chris completed his estimate, I was confident that he was competent, took pride in his work, and had my interests at hand. I hired Chris, the owner of Roofline Xperts of NC to install 2 skylights on my sunroom through Angie's site. The way Chris handled this project from start to finishing touch-ups impressed my wife, and me completely. Chris came with his 2 crew and they finished installation in approx 4 hours. After letting the 2 crew go, Chris stayed to touch up all my loose end of Roof, resealed all my pipe boots, and came inside the sunroom, caulked all around the new skylight frames, ceiling touch-ups on leak-damages, and cleaning the 2 new skylight glasses inside and outside, all these extra work with no additional charges. From now on, Chris is my man for any skylight or roof issues.

The best contractor I have ever dealt with!!

I had Chris out a few weeks ago to correct some flashing and a piece of gutter. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I have a chaotic work schedule and he was incredible working around my schedule to get our roof repaired. If you need any roofing repair needs, I highly encourage giving him a call! His price was very fair. Not only was his price fair, but he took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. 10 out of 10! He was only repairing one small part of my roof, but he took the time to walk the entire roof with me and do a full inspection. We bought the house a few months back and I was worried if there were other areas of concern. Thank you for such great service, you have gained a customer for life.

Heavy windstorms over the past few weeks knocked down some shingles on my home. I called Roofline and Chris Holland came the very next day to inspect and give an estimate. The fix was done by the end of the day, just before another storm came through. Chris had great communication, was punctual, very professional and the work was done with expertise. I will keep them at the top of my list if I ever need another roofing job done.

Working with Chris was a breeze. He thoroughly diagnosed why our skylight was leaking and explained the replacement process. He got on us on the books and had the job done in no time, and the final product looks great! The team cleaned up and even went above and beyond, cleaning the gutters and valleys on our roof, sealeing the vent boots the last roofer failed to do, and helped us with our interior work needed from water damage cause by the leak.
