"I have a 120 year old house, so the walls are thicker than today's houses. As a result, the windows I had, which were put in around the late 70's, were set too far into the exterior siding, something Dave immediately noticed. Dave had the guys install a raised strip around the outside of the brickmold before installing the caps, so now the window frames sit out further and look much better. They also removed the old windows from the outside, leaving the interior trim intact, which was great. The new windows look fantastic. They also do a much better job sealing out road noise than the old ones, which was important since we live not far from a highway.
