They were honest and upfront about how much it would cost and if they had to replace any rotted sheets of plywood how much it would cost per sheet to replace. The person who came and gave me the quote, office staff, and roofers were very professional and polite. The crew who replaced my roof did a full tear off and replacement and left no trash on my property, not even one stray roofing nail. The materials they used are high quality materials. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired."

"Replacing a worn-out roof can be a daunting task. You want the job done right and for a reasonable cost. The first roofer claimed to have been in business for years in two states. The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. I could expect to get a low-quality job and/or have them ask for more upon completion. The third company bragged about being in business for 90+ years and bid twice what the insurance company estimated for the job! They were out of my league! Then Clyde Hance called. He has years of experience in both re-roofing and house-construction. He had many good suggestions for everything associated with a roof replacement and he has an experienced crew. They did a re-roofing that exceeded my goals for both quality-installation and completed-appearance. "We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim.
