Upon inspection, I was informed the job was going to be easier than expected and reduced the price originally quoted over the phone. While up on the the roof, Christopher Carrothers took pictures of his repair, plus the flashing for the two bathroom vents to show they should have a touchup, which I agreed after seeing the pictures. There was an additional and acceptable charge for the touchup; which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after his scheduled work was completed. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he had done and in seeing the condition of the other two vent tubes flashing. Christopher told me that his company does other home related work, which I will keep in mind for any future home repair work."

I highly recommend them for roof replacement and gutter replacement. Anthony met with the inspection technician from the insurance company to point out the damage and discussed it with the insurance adjuster to help facilitate the process - all before I even contracted him. He explained in detail what each line on the insurance estimate meant and was careful to be sure I understood what he was talking about and how that mapped to the materials and labor he was quoting. He used high-quality Owens Corning architectural shingles and OC Rhino Roof underlayment for the job. The roofing team was on time and completely replaced the roof in one day. During the job, there were some items that weren't included in the insurance estimate that he provided at no additional charge, simply because it needed to be done. They weren't huge items, but he wanted to be sure it was done right. His team came by and replaced the gutters the next week and again, they were on time and completed the work in one day. After the job, Anthony came back out twice to sweep the yard for any nails or waste so it was safe and clean for the family and pets. His goal for the project was to be sure the job was done right and that I was happy with everything. The job was done right and I am happy with everything. For a stressful project like replacing a roof, Anthony and his team made it easy and I working with Pro Pinnacle Contracting was the best choice."
