While up on the the roof, Christopher Carrothers took pictures of his repair, plus the flashing for the two bathroom vents to show they should have a touchup, which I agreed after seeing the pictures. There was an additional and acceptable charge for the touchup; which was very reasonable. Christopher did quality work and was able to come out the same day after his scheduled work was completed. The pictures he took were a great help in seeing the work he had done and in seeing the condition of the other two vent tubes flashing. Christopher told me that his company does other home related work, which I will keep in mind for any future home repair work."

Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim.
